MMEV resistance via builders interleaving

Multi-block MEV (MMEV) refers to value that can be extracted by a builder controlling several consecutives blocks. While there is little empirical evidence yet of MMEV being an issue, researchers in the community have expressed their concerns regarding protocols that would encourage or make MMEV extraction easier.

In the current design of the Market place the winner of the auction is given the sequencing rights of a bundle over a time slot (e.g.: 1 min). This makes MMEV extraction trivial.

An idea of a solution would be to interleave transactions bundles from 2 or more builders during the same time slot. By doing so, MMEV extraction will likely become harder. This is not trivial though as for this approach to work the consecutive bundles should have a non empty intersection.
